The impact of charismatic leaders is normally from stating a vision that employees identify with, shaping values for which everyone stands, and building trust with subordinates.

Charismatic leaders raise subordinates’ consciousness about challenges, opportunities and new outcomes and motivate them to transcend their own interests for the sake of the organization. Charismatic leaders create an atmosphere of change, and they may be obsessed by visionary ideas that excite, stimulate, and drive other people to work hard.
